Before
accepting a job, we make sure that we are able to provide the client
with a satisfactory end-result. If the source document is not within
one of our fields of expertise (for example, religion or poetry) we
will not accept the job. We only do the translations for which we have
been trained and have the experience to do.
During
the work, quality assurance consists of using the appropriate
dictionaries and internal databases for the subject at hand. In some
cases, when necessary, comments/queries may be passed on to the client
to make sure that what we are doing is right.
Once
the translation is completed, it is checked again to see if all the
requirements and instructions from the client have been followed.
Within 30 days after
delivery, upon your request, translation of some minor changes to the
source text will be done free-of-charge.
