We have adopted the following Terms of Service, which are applicable
to everyone accessing and using www.evtranslation.com (the "EV
Translation"). Submitting your request via our website tells us you
have read and agreed to these Terms of Service. Please read the
document carefully. If you do not agree with any of these terms,
please exit www.evtranslation.com. We reserve the right to alter the
Terms of Service without notice. A current version of the Terms of
Service is always available at this location.
I. Description of the services
EV Translation currently provides the services of manual translation,
proofreading between English and Vietnamese for any kinds of documents
within a reasonable term and with fair prices. We sincerely and
faithfully strive to achieve your expectation and satisfaction.
However, the Service is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance
without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained
herein. You further agree that for any paid translation service
performed manually, the maximum liability of EV Translation for any
mistake or error in translation will be a refund of the price paid for
such services. Before the refund, the team of EV Translation would
like to offer you extra service to improve the translated documents
for free until you are satisfied. The aforementioned refund remedy
will be available only on condition that you are far unsatisfied with
our final work and strongly require refund. You understand that by
using the Services after a change becomes effective, you have agreed
to it.
II. Explanation of the most common terms
Client: The natural or legal person requiring a translation service
and who accesses the services of the portal for this purpose.
Translator: The natural persons carrying out this activity as a
professional, and registering on our portal with the purpose of
offering its professional translation services.
Project: Documentation which the Client wishes to have translated, and
the details of which it publishes on the portal in order to obtain
Quotations.
Quotation: An estimate of the cost of the service, compiled and
submitted by the Translator, specified in the Client's Project.
Job: The translation element of the Project which has been assigned to
a Translator based on a received Quotation.
Agreement: All the conditions and clauses within this present
contract, which the Users accept when they submit their requests.
III. Duties of Clients
1. Information. To supply the correct, detailed and up to date
information on the request form. Supplying incorrect, incomplete or
obsolete information shall be sufficient causes for translators to
deem this Agreement closed without entitlement to any claim or refund
of the sums paid prior to this time for the services provided by EV
Translation. The Client shall be obliged to make translators aware of
any changes to his/her data by updating them in his/her personal
account. EV Translation shall not be responsible before third parties
in cases where the information supplied by any Client is false or
wrong, and the Client shall at all times be answerable for any
resulting consequences.
2. Use of the Internet. The Client must abstain from using the website
or its services without the express authorization of its owner, and
must at all times follow the instructions and indications supplied by
EV Translation for correct use of the same.
3. Any direct or indirect manipulation of the Quotation for a Project
is expressly prohibited; similarly, no Clients may interfere with
Quotations issued by third parties.
4. The Client shall be liable for any losses or damages caused through
breach of the terms described in the preceding paragraph.
IV. Duties of EV Translation
Towards the Clients
1. To facilitate and maintain access for the Clients to the website,
even if the website is temporarily inaccessible for technical reasons.
2. Confidentiality. EV Translation shall not supply to third persons
any information of a personal or other nature which may facilitate
Client traceability or identification for purposes other than those
established in this present Agreement.
V. Discharge of responsibilities
The Clients alone are responsible for the execution of the translation
contract referred to as the Job, including the price, method of
payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy and security.
EV Translation shall not be responsible for the information provided
by the parties about the identity, sincerity or solvency of the
Client. |
